Claire O’Hagan-Cooper has spent 25 years in construction, beginning with a Groundworks and Civils Contractor before moving into Plant Hire Management and later building a long-standing career in recruitment. With 19 years in recruitment and 12 years as co-founder and Director of Venture Contracts, Claire brings deep sector knowledge and a clear understanding of what both clients and candidates need.
Andy Emery adds further practical industry insight, having worked in the construction sector since 1987 and spent 29 years as a company director. As current Managing Director of Euro Building & Maintenance for 12 years, his background strengthens Stridden’s understanding of construction businesses, project demands, and the importance of placing the right people in the right roles.
